Advanced Micronic Devices Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend of 20% for the year 2006-2007.
The shares closed 20% upper at BSE at Rs. 40.60.
