Warren Buffett says "Buy a "great company" that is stable when there is temporary trouble and it is selling below its intrinsic worth. Your returns will be decent no multibaggers here and compounded long term it work out well for you."

VS

Rakesh Jhunjhunwala says "Buy companies that are selling below intrinsic worth but that have a huge potential to scale big. You possibly get a multibagger here or you dont get anywhere.

Multibaggers or Stable Companies ???

No issues U.V.Ramana. It's a FORUM and healthy discussion is entertained by all. As u rightly said there are many big bulls like Harshad and Parekh. These 2 comments from 2 successful biggies were quite similar yet different.

This is how we convert 2 schools of thought into a basket of investing ideas.

Nicely done.I would like to add that

- Both of them are not in the same league and a comparison is not warranted here.

- In fact i would go one step further and rate Harshad Mehta or Ketan Parikh higher and would definitely analyse their style of investing.Even though they were branded as rogue traders i would like to commend them atleast for their ability to spot winners.

There is no doubt though about RJ who has done very well.Crisil,NCC being some of his conquests.

This is just a view point to the contrary no offence meant.
