The company has just started to report small profits (Rs. 1.1 EPS in first half). Annualizing the same takes the FY 2010-11 EPS to Rs. 2.2
Even if you assume the company can post an EPS of Rs. 3,PE Ratio stands at 20-30 range.
I will suggest a small exposure to this stock ( Not more than 5% of your total portfolio weight)
It can test the 80-85 mark in short term if markets bounce back.
I do not think this stock will out perform markets in medium term.
